1 效果和益处: Performance and Benefit

BG-马克思和"微生物加速剂"的运行效果主要表现在增加无氧系统的产气量和COD的降解程度;一般无氧系统比有氧活性污泥法处理要产生较少的污泥量,也要求较少的能量,因此,在无氧系统中降低COD对增强整个系统的处理效果,减轻有氧处理负荷,减少淤泥量及其处理费用和系统操作能量需求费用的节省有着至关重要的作用。Performance of PG-Max and Accelerators will depend on system and plant specifics. The primary performance benefits are generally linked to the amount of biogas generated and the amount of COD degraded. Anaerobic systems produce less sludge than conventional aerobic activated sludge systems and require less energy. Therefore, any additional COD degraded in the anaerobic system reduces overall solids handling costs, burden of A/O biological contact oxidation ponds, and reduces the overall energy demand.

 

2 产品使用方法:Application method

"微生物加速剂", 这种维生素源必须在BG-马克思投放前的一周使用,因为维生素源帮助产甲烷菌达到最优的状态来确保,在投放BG-马克思之前,产甲烷菌的数量能跟上降解,由PG-马克思作用所增加的酸化产物的需要。Accelerators, the Vitamin Source need to be added for one week with a daily dosage before BG Max is added because vitamin source initially helps methanogens to get to optimal state tomake sure methanogens are available for increased production speeded up by BG Max before adding BG Max

 

"微生物加速剂"的剂量是大约1公斤/百万升,即1公斤/1000吨,产生一个30微克/升的剂量。For the Accelerators, the dosage is 1.0 lb/100,000 gallons (approximately 1.0 kg/million liters) provides an average concentration of 30ug/L for each component.
