5.1 牛奶加工废水工程-废水接收池Dairy Lagoon Project-Wastewater Receiving Pond

• 从谷物和牛奶加工厂来的废水每10-15分钟从左边的白管排入池内,废水呈褐色,含高有机物和浊度。水池的容量为4百万加仑。

Wastewater from barns and milking parlor is discharged from white pipe on left side every 10-15 minutes based on level in manure pits. Note the brownish tint of the water, even with reflection of the sky. Lagoon capacity 4 Million Gallons. The water quality with high organic and turbidity prior to treatment with the DOTechnology

• 第一天的处理: 溶解氧在高固体区的水域创建起一条条的氧带;Day 1 of Treatment: The impingement of the DO on the high solids area creates bands of oxygen bands in water matrix. Note mixing activity near nozzles.

• 第二天的处理: 可见分散的污泥块浮到水的表面;2nd day of treatment: application (1) DX 9-9 215 (9 GPM 9 lbs .O2 /Hr . Signs of sludge mats breaking apart and floating to surface. (Note- nozzles are located at sludge blanket and water interface).

• 第二天的处理: 在排水道附近的溶解氧引起成块的污泥上浮,生物活动产生的二氧化碳开始积聚在水的表面;2nd Day of Treatment–Holding Lagoon In the area near the spillway to the holding lagoon the residual DO is breaking the sludge up and causing mats to rise . CO2 blanket from biological starting to accumulate on surface.

• 第三天的处理: 可在废水的表面看到大面积的污泥和二氧化碳;Day 3–Receiving Lagoon Surface Note that we have major mat presence on surface along with CO2
