“一个容易维护和方便使用的渗漏液蒸发系统 ” “Game Changing Evaporative Technology”

斯瓦特“台风”“蒸发-曝氧-循环”系统,是一个低能耗,低维护,和安全的处理渗漏液和废水的一个全新概念,它使用涡轮增压离心雾化喷头(或称旋转雾头)来蒸发渗漏液,每个旋转雾头蒸发量可达每小时1-1.4立方米。根据风速,气温和大气压条件,它的效率可达80-100%,这是传统的废水处理方法和喷嘴喷雾系统所无法与之相比拟的。

SWAT Typhoon ‘Evaporation-Aeration-Recirculation’ System is a completely new concepts for evaporating leachate and waste water with an operationally low cost, low maintenance, and safety system. Depending on the technologies ofTurbo Centrifugal Atomizing Hub and Basket, each head can consume 1-1.4 ton leachate or waste water per hour with evaporation efficiency of 80-100%being associated to wind speed and temperature. It is impossible for any conventional waste water treatment methods and nozzle system to reach the goal.

 

此系统的两个关键技术:Two support technologies in the system

1 涡轮增压离心雾化喷头:采用两级雾化的的技术,废液首先被输入位于轴心部的涡轮增压器,高速旋转使液体产生巨大的压力,并以雾状喷离涡轮增压器;这些雾粒,继而与具有更大转距线速的筛网壁撞击,从而产生第二次雾化的效果,使雾化的颗粒更细,最后雾粒的大小取决于筛网的孔径。由于巨大的离心力作用和无数筛眼可供液体通过,改变了传统高压喷嘴“千军万马过独木桥”而极易堵塞和对喷液纯度要求极高的致命弱点。其次,因雾化动力是旋转,所以取缔了高压泵系统,使机器工作更加稳定。这是喷雾原理的一种全新改革。

SWAT Turbo Centrifugal Atomizing Hub and Basket: A quad feed two step rotary atomization process is applied. The fluid fed into a rotating hub is ejected by centrifugal force through large holes where it impacts a fine screen mesh rotating at high RPM to further atomize the fluid and create extremely fine droplets. The final stage of the atomization is distributed over the entire screen mesh which creates superiorresistance to clogging and abrasive wear. The rotary screen or cage atomizer droplet characteristics are controlled by this mesh size and the tangential velocity of the rotating screen. This technology overcomes the weakness of nozzle system that requires a very pure liquid to pass the small open of nozzles and a high pressure system.

2 高性能旋转雾头电机:是实现这一技术的另一保障。该部件所有外部材料和与液体接触的部件都是由不锈钢,铜镍合金,或PBT塑料构筑,高精度使它的转速能平稳地达到3400转/分钟,而只消耗1.2千瓦的电能,和8000小时的工作寿命。如用液压系统,其转速能达到5400转/分钟。安装也极为方便容易:

High quality electric motors are a key part to making the system work for long periods of time. All parts in contact with fluid are stainless or monel steel, aluminum, or PBT plastic.Aerospace manufacturing allows critical balance when hubs and baskets are spinning or rotating at 3400 rpm for electric systems with only 1.2 Kw electric consumption, and 8,000 hour lifetime, and 5400 rpm’s for hydraulic systems. The installation is also very easy.

 

涡轮增压离心雾化喷头的驱动方式:Driven methods of Atomizing Heads

• 电动机驱动:下图就是一个用电动机驱动的旋转雾头的演示样机,电机以全不锈钢构筑,最高转速可达3400转/分钟。它的特点是能独立工作,安装方便,使用灵活,耗电量低的特点。

Electric driven style: it comes with the feature of independent opeartion, easy installing, flexible movement, lowe power consumption.

• 液压驱动:比电动机驱动有更高的效率,更长的使用寿命,较轻的雾头重量,和更稳定的工作状态。它可使旋转雾头的转速达到5000转/分钟,一个液压系统可供4-6个旋转雾头同时工作。但,安装和使用不如电动机驱动方便,成套设备的费用和耗电量略高于电动机驱动。

Hydrulic driven style: It more efficienct, durable, ligher in weight, and stabler than elevtric driven style. It can let the head reach 5000 rpm. One unit can drive 4-6 heads. However, electric consumption, installation, equipment cost, and movement is not as good as electric driven style.

岛屿形式 Island Configuration :

这种安装是把成对的设备安装在一个浮体上,然后整个系统浮放于渗漏液池的中央。This configuration has the fan units attached to a floating dock in the middle of the leachate pond. Call for more information
